At Orchids America, we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. This Shipping and Returns Policy clarifies our position on any issues that may arise during your transaction(s) with us. You agree to the terms in this Policy when you place an order or carry out any transaction with us.
- All orders shall be shipped from 600 East Dallas Road, Suite 100, Grapevine TX 76051. We work hard to find you the best price and options for your shipping needs. Our most commonly used shipping partners are Fedex and UPS.
- Shipping costs shall be calculated and communicated to You on a case-by-case basis. These are determined by various factors, including but not limited to, freight classification, weight, volume, origin, destination, fuel costs, insurance, and any applicable tolls, port charges, duties and tariffs.You can get a quote on our shipping costs by contacting our Customer Care or during the checkout process.
- The time taken for delivery of your order shall be calculated and communicated to You on a case-by-case basis (or) shall be 2 to 3 business days, unless otherwise communicated. If you want to avail expedited delivery services, overnight or as applicable, please contact our Customer Care to get a quote.
- You can make payment for your order via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Company Check or Wire Transfer.
- If, at any point after the placement of your order and our acknowledgment of it, you wish to change or cancel or order, please contact our Customer Care within 24 hours of receiving the acknowledgment of your order. As far as possible, we will try to accommodate your requests for any changes. Please note that any changes or cancellation of the order shall be subject to a fee of 20% of the total cost of Your order.
- In case of any errors in shipping method or address on our part, we will reship promptly using the method you originally chose. If you made an error in providing the address, you shall be responsible for the additional shipping or address correction fee charged by the delivery service provider. If you refuse your shipment and the order is returned to us, it shall be considered a non-authorized return and will incur a restocking fee of 20%, in addition to all return shipping and handling charges.
- If, for any reason, you wish to return any of our products or goods, you must send us an email with details of your order and reasons for return. Please note that any unauthorized returns shall be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
- Upon sending us an email for returns, we will process the information and you must be ship the package back to our address. Please ensure that the items are securely wrapped in their original packaging. If the products are damaged during return transit because of poor re-packaging they will not be accepted by us.
- All such emails for return have to be submitted within 7 days of the delivery of the products to you. Within 7 days/weeks of purchase, you must return the products to us by shipping them to: 600 East Dallas Road, Suite 100, Grapevine TX 76051.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund of the price of the product, less shipping charges and the restocking fee.
- All our products are packaged carefully to avoid damage during shipping. If the goods or product were found defective or damaged upon delivery, you will be required to send digital photos along with your email so that we can determine the extent and severity of the problem. If the products are defective or have been damaged in shipping or have gone missing, Orchids America will replace the products.
- All items must be returned in the original and unused condition, and with the original packaging. All returns shall be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the total order cost. The customer shall be responsible for any return shipping and handling costs. Please note that the restocking fee and the responsibility to bear return shipping costs shall not be applicable in the event that the products are found to be defective or have been damaged in shipping or have gone missing, or if it is determined that the product you have received is not the product that you have ordered.
- Any products or goods sold in a clearance sale or as a part of custom-made orders are considered final sales and shall not be returnable.
